Our leadership is comprised of industry leaders who have dedicated their professional lives to the game of baseball, gender equality, or a combination of the two. Now, despite their various backgrounds, they come together united in one purpose: to advance the future of girls’ baseball.

Baseball For All Staff

Justine Siegal, PhD: Founder and President

Justine Siegal is the Founder of Baseball For All, and the first commissioner of the Women’s Pro Baseball League. In 2015, she became the first woman to coach for a MLB organization (Oakland Athletics, Instructional League). For her work in baseball, Women’s Sport Museum honored Justine with the Trailblazer Visionary Award; espnW named her an Everyday Hero, while USA Today dubbed her as one of the top 100 most powerful people in baseball (2017). Justine received her PhD in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College. Her A’s hat is displayed in the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

Lena Park, Director of Content and & Program Development

Lena Park is a Bay Area-based creative director, writer, and content strategist. Over the past decade, she has worked as a creative thought leader with global retailers, tech startups, and international nonprofits, and specializes in crafting brand voice and storytelling across all mediums.

Jasmine Warren, Events & Logistics

Jasmine Warren has been involved in Baseball For All since its inception in 2010. She is a graduate from Otis School of Design and has completed the UCLA Certificate of Music Business. Jasmine worked as a PA on multiple episodes of Amazon’s A League of Their Own. She is involved in Baseball For All’s event programming and logistics. Jasmine was 1 of 5 Americans selected to participate in the World Children’s Baseball Fair when she was 10 years old. She currently works for Truest collecting and documenting memorabilia for the Women’s Pro Baseball League.

Beth Greenwood, Baseball Development

Beth Greenwood has been involved with Baseball For All since 2011 as a player and since then has developed into a coach and mentor. Beth has worked as a a Minor League Development Coach for the Philadelphia Phillies, and an assistant baseball coach at Vassar College. Beth graduated from NCAA Division III University of Rochester (N.Y.) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, while playing on the baseball team. She is the first American-born female to catch in an NCAA baseball game, a former Team USA player, and is a player-coach for the Boston Hunters in the Women’s Pro Baseball League.

Jon Freeman

Jon Freeman is BFA’s Treasurer. He is a proven senior executive, entrepreneur, consultant and board member with 30+ years of success. His broad areas of expertise include international business, strategic planning, business development, and consultative/solution/customer value selling. In his executive career, he has held leadership positions at various leaders of industry including Esri, Intel, Novell and numerous other companies.

David Hilton

David Hilton is a Vice President and equity partner with Kaye Capital Management, a boutique investment management firm based in Los Angeles. David is responsible for managing the firm’s institutional client relations. When he is not working he is very involved in the Los Angeles Community volunteering on many boards and committees. David and his wife Jennifer reside in Encino, California and they are the parents to three amazing kids.

Eric Donelan

Eric is the Senior Director of Enterprise Management Resources at eBay Inc.  Growing up with a stutter, he faced frequent bullying, but baseball gave him a place of comfort. When my seven-year-old daughter told me she “had” to play softball because baseball was for boys, it became his mission to change that perception. Eric wants her to know that baseball is for everyone—especially girls.

Donna Cohen, Esq, Strategy & Legal

Donna Cohen is an attorney and advisor to women in sports and entertainment who passionately advocates for the role of women in baseball. She organizes, moderates and provides talent for special events involving women and baseball for MLB and MiLB clubs, working with women from the AAGPBL, USA Baseball Women’s National Team, and Baseball For All.

Nancy Sites, Volunteer Coordinator

Nancy Sites is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and co-founder/CEO of a staffing agency in the field of mental health. She has over 18 years of non-profit experience, and a dedication to improving the lives of underserved communities. Her twin daughters are dedicated players, for whom baseball means friendships, confidence, and competition.

Loren Foxx

After a long career in minor league baseball in a variety of roles, Loren Foxx has spent time in the marketing and advertising world. He currently owns his own boutique marketing firm. Loren has coached high school baseball and served as an official scorer for Major League Baseball at Fenway Park. Loren currently resides in Bedford, N.H. with his wife and two daughters.
