Our leadership is comprised of industry leaders who have dedicated their professional lives to the game of baseball, gender equality, or a combination of the two. Now, despite their various backgrounds, they come together united in one purpose: to advance the future of girls’ baseball.
Justine Siegal is the Founder of Baseball For All. In 2015, she became the first woman to coach for a MLB organization (Oakland Athletics, Instructional League). For her work in baseball, Women’s Sport Museum honored Justine with the Trailblazer Visionary Award; espnW named her an Everyday Hero, while USA Today dubbed her as one of the top 100 most powerful people in baseball (2017). Justine received her PhD in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College. Her A’s jersey hangs in the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
Lena Park is a San Francisco-based creative director, copywriter, and content strategist. Over the past decade, she has worked as a creative thought leader with global retailers, tech startups, and international nonprofits, specializing in crafting brand voice and storytelling across all mediums.
Serving BFA under contract, Caroline Fitzgerald is the CEO & Founder of GOALS. GOALS is a marketing and sponsorship agency that is fully dedicated to growing women’s sports. Caroline holds a M.S. in Global Sport from Tisch Institute for Global Sports at New York University.
Serving BFA under contract, Austin Hurwitz is an executive-level sports marketing consultant and fractional CMO with extensive experience establishing new partnerships and enhancing existing relationships to help grow the game of baseball. Austin is now actively cultivating brand collaborations for Baseball for All.
Serving BFA under contract, Krista Emmett has combined her baseball expertise with 15+ years working in public affairs to become a leader in the girls and women’s baseball space. Krista can often be found on the baseball field, developing players, and cheering on her son. Krista earned her Master’s Degree at George Mason University.
Jasmine Warren has been involved in Baseball For All since its inception in 2010. She is currently a student at Otis School of Design and has completed the UCLA Certificate of Music Business. Jasmine worked as a PA on multiple episodes of Amazon’s A League of Their Own. She is involved in Baseball For All’s event programming and logistics. Jasmine was 1 of 5 Americans selected to participate in the World Children’s Baseball Fair when she was 10 years old. Jasmine is a graduate of Tulane University.
Carly Accardo is the founder of the Peaches Baseball Club, a group of 13 all-girls baseball teams spanning 7 divisions in Arizona. She has served on a number youth sports committees, is a mother of 4 active kids (who all play baseball), and is thrilled to be bringing her extensive knowledge and passion for the growth and development of girls baseball to Baseball For All. Carly runs AZ’s biggest girls baseball tournament, honoring her late-daughter, Leighton.
Jon Freeman is BFA’s Treasurer. He is a proven senior executive, entrepreneur, consultant and board member with 30+ years of success. His broad areas of expertise include international business, strategic planning, business development, and consultative/solution/customer value selling. In his executive career, he has held leadership positions at various leaders of industry including Esri, Intel, Novell and numerous other companies.
Beth Greenwood has been involved with Baseball For All since 2011 as a player and since then has developed into a coach and mentor. Beth is a Minor League Development Coach for the Philadelphia Phillies. Beth graduated from NCAA Division III University of Rochester (N.Y.) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, while playing on the baseball team. She is the first American-born female to catch in an NCAA baseball game and a current Team USA player.
David Hilton is a Vice President and equity partner with Kaye Capital Management, a boutique investment management firm based in Los Angeles. David is responsible for managing the firm’s institutional client relations. When he is not working he is very involved in the Los Angeles Community volunteering on many boards and committees. David and his wife Jennifer reside in Encino, California and they are the parents to three amazing kids: Andrew (12), Makenzie (10), and Brad (7).

Justice Alcantar is a Baseball For All alumna who graduated in film production at Tulane University. She is the head coach for the 9U San Francisco Bay Sox with four years of Varsity high school baseball experience. Currently, Justice is helping to manage the BFA Captains and Junior Captains programs and producing training videos for Baseball For All.
Donna Cohen is an attorney and advisor to women in sports and entertainment who passionately advocates for the role of women in baseball. She organizes, moderates and provides talent for special events involving women and baseball for MLB and MiLB clubs, working with women from the AAGPBL, USA Baseball Women’s National Team, and Baseball For All.
Summer Comstock joined the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2017 as a coach with the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Academy and currently serves as the Associate General Counsel. She worked as a personal baseball player and coach for actors of Amazon’s League of Their Own. Summer has played baseball and/or softball for 24 years and has twice participated in the United States Women’s National Baseball Team Trials.
Loren Foxx has been a utility player throughout his professional career, starting as a CPA and moving on to pharmaceutical sales before landing in professional baseball, where he served as a broadcaster, corporate sales director, VP of Marketing, and general manager. Loren now owns his own digital marketing firm in New Hampshire, coaches high school baseball, and works as an official scorer for Major League Baseball.
Jo Shoesmith is the Chief Creative Officer of Campbell Ewald. She is an award-winning creative leader with a wide breadth of experience. As Chief Creative Officer for Campbell Ewald she oversees creative for the New York, LA and Detroit offices as well as strategy, social media, digital, and production teams. Jo is fluent in all media and specialize in building meaningful stories that can carry across platforms.
Nancy Sites is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and co-founder/CEO of a staffing agency in the field of mental health. She has over 18 years of non-profit experience, and a dedication to improving the lives of underserved communities. Her twin daughters are dedicated players, for whom baseball means friendships, confidence and competition.
