The BFA Next Gen Program provides high school girls with an opportunity to explore future careers in technology, especially as it relates to baseball and sports at large. From the baseball field to the C-Suite, the goal is to empower and expand our players’ worldview of what is possible—and help them uncover ways they can translate their love of the game into a future profession.
We are proud to partner with groundbreaking industry leaders who excel at the intersection of sports and tech—and who support gender equity, on and off the field.
The program includes:
- Curated reading material for each group
- Virtual group discussions with other selected members
- A private on-site visit at the specified company to meet and network with women who work in tech
This is an application-based program. To keep a personalized touch and to maximize impact, each group will have a maximum of 10 students.
