BFA Ambassadors

Started in 2022, the BFA Ambassador Program is a leadership-based initiative that give girls an opportunity to play, coach, and lead in baseball outside of the mainland U.S. and on an international stage.

Through an application process, BFA Ambassadors are selected based on their leadership qualities, passion for baseball, dedication to growing the game, and promise as players. Opportunities are also available for junior coaches (in high school, college, and beyond) to explore a path in coaching and pass on their knowledge to the next generation.

Selected BFA Ambassadors have joined our teams representing the U.S. to compete in Japan, the Philippines, Costa Rica, Mexico, and O’ahu.
